Training Packages at Work winds up

The well respected and informative tp@worknewlsetter Training Packages at Workpublished
its last edition in June. 

The first issue of the TP@Work newsletter was published, in hard copy in June 2000, training packages were still a relatively new component of the national training system. After 11 years and 117 issues its subscriber base has grown to over 25,000.

The newsletter began as a Queensland government initiative to distribute timely and up-to-date information to registered training organisations (RTOs) and other stakeholders to support them in their task of implementing training packages.

The TP@Work Project evolved into a national web-based publication complemented by a website and the hard copy publication 'Quarterly Update' in 2001, with the addition of the popular 'Back to Basics' handbook in 2003 and VET Fact Sheets in 2009.

A big thank you to all those who have contributed to and assisted with the project over the years .

The Training Packages at Work website will be active until 31 July, Future access locations for TP@Work resources will be advised via the website
